I co-wrote the Mindfulness for Women book to help women from all walks of life manage this crazy modern world we find ourselves in. It contains lots of case histories as well as the practice and science of mindfulness and compassion.
It also includes the diary of my co-author Clair Irvin describing her experiences learning to meditate. It’s very accessible, engaging and often hilarious.
